take-away.com.au is a system whereby take away food stores can have a web page with online ordering without the need for a computer or the internet at their premises.

We build you a web page and supply you with our special docket printer which can receive internet orders wirelessly and print them out. The printed docket has the customer's name, phone number and the order they placed.


With take-away.com.au, customers can pay on pickup/delivery or pay by PayPal or Credit/Debit card when ordering. Shop owners don't have to have a merchant card account and eftpos machine, saving them monthly bank fees and they can log onto a special web page where they can change the menu, waiting and opening times among other things. The system can handle both pick-up and delivery orders.

take-away.com.au can also be used by the general public to find take away stores throughout Australia, searching by postcode or suburb/town.

Active SlideShow

Our Active SlideShow allows you to take photos with your smart phone and email them directly to your web page slide show. Whatever you write in the body of the email is shown in a slide-down box when the viewer clicks on the photo. Ideal for tradesmen wanting to show customers their work, along with testimonials from happy clients. You can add or delete photos on your slide show whenever you like. You are in control.

You can try it out now to see just how easy Active SlideShow is to use by following these simple steps:

1. Take a photo with your smart phone.
2. Email the photo to slideshowdemo@austbiz.com.au with 'demo' as the subject line. (You can add whatever you want to say about the photo in the body of the email) That's it!

Notes:

  Different phones can have slightly different methods for sending photos by email.

As a basic rule which applies to many devices, you need to be in either the Camera application or the Photos/Gallery app. If you're using the camera, once you have taken the photo you can normally tap on the album that contains your photo. If you in the Camera Roll/Gallery, you're already good to go. Either tap the photo you want to send, or swipe sideway to browse through the album and find it. Once you have your photo, you can either bring up the menu menu bar (iPhone), or tap the share icon (iPhone) or (Android). If you have email set up on your device you should be able to compose an email message to slideshowdemo@austbiz.com.au. Type 'demo' in the subject line and anything you want in the body of the email. When finished tap to send your email.

Cost:
Costs vary depending on whether you already have a web page or not, but can be as little as $18 dollars a month for an iframe which plugs into your existing web page and allows up to 50 photo uploads a month. Additional photos are charged at $2 each.

ShopInTheBox is a new technology developed in Australia.
ShopInTheBox is a complete, self-contained web store and web server in a box about 6 inches (15cm) square.
You simply plug it in to your ADSL/Cable modem-router at your work or at home, make a small change to the router configuration (we will help you as part of the purchase price).
Get a merchant account with PayPal (about 5 minutes work) Again - we'll help. Configure how yo want your web site to look using the on board setup and configuration pages.
Add the items you wish to sell, photo, price etc. And that's it! Start selling.
